Ordering

To order online

In the left hand column the products we sell are listed in individual pages.  Each page contains a description/information and the particular products with the prices which can be found by scrolling down the page. To view all the products listed on one page with their prices click the button above entitled 'Price List'.

To order simply click on 'Add to basket'. A new page will open up telling you that an item has been added to your basket. To carry on shopping either click the back button or click on a page in the left hand column. When you have finished shopping click the 'Basket' button, top right on our website, and then click the 'checkout' button on the page. The next page asks you for delivery information and the following pages take you through the payment pages.

All card payments online are made through a 'secure payment provider'. We use a company called PROTX. You may have heard of World Pay or Paypal they are all similar.

Once the order has been processed a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address.

Postage, packing and tax will not be added upon checkout.  Archwood Greenhouses does not receive any credit card details, only your name, delivery address and other details you have selected to add to your order, such as 'inform of delivery'.

To order by telephone

You can order by telephone with your card. Simply telephone us with your order and card details and we will do the rest.

To order by post

If you prefer you can pay by cheque sending a covering letter with details of your order. Also details such as delivery directions and instructions can be forwarded to us either via e-mail or by post.
